Don Vicente Tequila Reposado
“Sweet, sweet agave with a slight pepper kick, balanced perfectly by notes of vanilla and oak. An incredibly smooth and delicious tequila. Second only to my favorite, G4 Anejo and honestly, I’d even put it above Volans (Easily). I really enjoyed the Blanco as well and can’t wait to try the Extra Añejo. Don Vicente is quickly becoming my favorite brand coming out of the NOM, and I truly hope they never change a thing about this gem. It’s absolutely earned a permanent spot on my bar. ”

Tequila G4 Añejo
“I finally found a bottle of G4 Anejo at my local liquor store. I was a little hesitant to buy it at first since I usually prefer blancos and extra anejo. I’ve tried a few anejo I liked, but the only one I’ve ever repurchased was Siete Leguas Anejo my longtime favorite. But after tasting G4 Anejo, I loved it from the very first sip. It gets even better as it opens up, and the more you drink it, the more you want. It’s perfectly balanced true to the agave, not overly oaky or peppery. Just right: soft, elegant, and incredibly enjoyable to sip neat or over a rock. I liked it so much that I went back and bought another bottle. This one will always have a place on my bar. ”

Alto Canto Blanco High Proof
“I had two main concerns before deciding to purchase this tequila: the proof and the price. However, from the very first sniff and sip, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and silky it went down. The nose is full of rich, sweet agave with no harsh ethanol burn. On the palate, it mirrors the nose beautifully sweet, buttery, and mouth coating in the best way. This blanco is exceptionally well-balanced with a long finish, with just enough pepper to complement the sweetness and fruitiness without overpowering them. It finishes with a graceful warmth, elegant and refined (Surprise this is a highproof) Truly a standout high-proof blanco, and I can only hope the distillery never changes this recipe.”

Siembra Alteño Blanco
“I’m no expert, but I’ve had my fair share of quality blancos. This one is incredibly fragrant, both in aroma and flavor. On the palate, I pick up citrus, sweet agave, and a touch of pepper, leading into a smooth, elegant finish that goes down easy very tasty. Right now, it ranks as my second favorite blanco, just behind Siete Leguas Decadas (my #1), with Cascahuin Tahona holding the #3 spot. This earned a permanent spot at my bar. ”
