“Aroma: Briny, mineral, citrus fruits/zest, sweet undertone, kinda vegetable Flavor: Very interesting creamy/buttery body that highlights an earthy, very mineral taste. Sweet fruit takes over in the middle and it ends with a swift kick of minerality and a tingling sensation. Taste: Bitter, sweet, mineral (salty) Incredible high proof blanco”

“Aroma: Wet soil, earthy and smokey. Stewed fruit sweetness, mineral, and spiced like clove Flavor: Very earthy, with minerality predominating overall, cooked fruit/agave sweetness kicks in surprisingly to become this complex and deep flavor of its terroir. Very interesting Taste: Bitter, Sweet High proof but very easy to drink. Highly reccomend to sip and sit back to relax and enjoy”

The herbal and mineral tones are dominant. Taste: ABV, Bitter, Salty Easy to sip, can imagine it for mixing, very nice tequila for the price tag.”

“Aroma: Very nice dried fruit/apricot and heavy cooked agave up front, a little honey, and floral notes are also noticeable. Flavor: Sweet and floral taste up front, there's also some mellow fruitiness in the middle and it finishes with a strong mineral taste. Taste: Bitter (spiced), sweet (floral and fruit), ABV (present minerality) Interesting proposition with the bordeaux barrel usage. I think its not my favorite but it is its own special category. Would sip again, maybe reccomend, not very interested in any other blanco expression. ”

“Aroma: Floral, citric notes, very delicate earthy undertones with minerality shining through Flavor: Very sweet cooked fruit notes at first, there's an incredible citrusness reminiscent of lime or like a citrus pith. Florals and spice shine through out. High minerality and nice peppery notes come at aftertaste. crazy good tequila Taste: Sweet, Bitter(herbal) ”

“Aroma: Vanilla, heavy agave and earthy notes, some herbal notes. When rested sweetness opens up like an unexpected explosion. Flavor: Heavy agave notes for it being a reposado. Light vanilla, almost nutty notes present. Light barrel influence but noticeably aftertaste warmth, like cinnamon. Taste: Herbal (bitter), earthy, spiced It intrigued me in a good way. I don't know if I enjoy this complexity, but it is quite smooth and interesting. I prefer their añejo. ”

“Aroma: Sweet, like stewed fruit/cooked agave, herbal, a little earthy, and fruit forward. There's also a slight florality and citrus peel to it, I think. Taste: Sweet, Bitter: Herbal, light ABV Flavor: At first, there's a lot of cooked fruit. Cooked agave is present, very sugary and stone fruit notes, followed by a pleasant almost silky/buttery minerality, and it finishes with a light ABV warmth that delivers a great after taste. Very nice sipper, incredibly easy to drink, and flavorful. ”

“Very nice fruity and floral aroma (mostly sweet notes) pereceivable on the palette too. Cooked agave, pepper, and bright citrus. Very herbal, very nice to sip, but I think best to mix. Plata takes the crown for now ”

“I think it was significantly influenced by barrel aging (which Im still figuring out if I like) lots of a sweetness in the aroma. vanilla, caramel, toffee (?). Taste was subtle, lingering, and overall like a "heavier" reposado. I haven't had many reposados, so I really don't know what Im talking about yet. It was really more like an overall "meh" for me. Im a fan of blancos, I suppose. ”
