Aroma: cooked agave, white pepper, citrus, cinnamon, honey, floral, vanilla. Mouthfeel: Buttery with sufficient alcohol. Flavor: agave sweetness, lemon, white pepper, light anise, melon, herbal. Finish: Medium with the lemon and melon notes becoming more pronounced. White pepper tingle lingers. Overall impression is another nice PKGD Group offering with great price point, not crazy complex, but checks the boxes for an easy clean sipper. Good pour for parties and when you want to drink and not think.
tasted from a sample sent to me by an agave swapper! aka Matt C subtle mint anise red fruit minerality. gets better as it opens up. mild agave with a touch of bitterness on the finish. I like the nose better than taste. it's decent.
Crisp & bright blanco that is a great price point & perfect for an example of a well made tequila & has versatility for cocktails.
Nose: floral, vegetal, pineapple, cooked agave, mint, and lemon zest Flavor: cinnamon, vanilla, brine, cooked agave, citrus, earthy, with a buttery mouthfeel Finish: hot, peppery, and short
It reminds me of a less rich copy of most tequila ocho blanco estates. The agave is a bit muted and while it is very easy to drink, it also has moments where it seems kind of dull. For the price point, you really don't get too much of a better value than this. This could be a sipper but I think it will end up getting utilized more for me personally as a mixer
A well priced Blanco, great for mixing, but could easily sip. Slightly bitter, earthy notes. Shows some nice cooked agave.
Wow, I actually really like this. Very nice agave on the nose with a bit of alcohol. The palate is soft and mild but agave rich with a slight bitter but easy going finish. This really tastes well made. Got it on clearance for $15 but I’d buy it at full price. Update: As others have said, this one is not complex but man it sips easy.
Tasted at LA Tequila Fest
Really nice nose with more mint than usual + a little lemon rind. Taste is a bit alcohol forward, but has a nice black pepper kick with sweet agave. Finish is a tad hot and short. Mouthfeel is pretty luscious. Oxygenation and moves to increase “smoothness” are apparent here, and not altogether unsuccessful. A solid option for folks trading up from Patron, Casamigos, and similar, at a very fair price.
I'm raising my rating on this, since my video review. This Blanco really delivers, and for 32.99... this is one slammin' deal
A pretty straightforward blanco, not super complex but easy to drink. Aroma has some wet earth, floral and vegetal notes. Flavor has cooked agave and a hint of cinnamon. Finish is short which will be a plus for some people.
Wet earth snd herbal aromas with a hint of snickerdoodle. Medium mouthfeel with mint in the finish. Slightly bitter but a decent blanco.
Finish is a little suspect for me but scent and taste are good. Better than most celebrity tequilas I have had.
Not much aroma on this blanco Not sure about the flavor either, not much going on, just a smidge of black pepper and perhaps some minerality. At least this distiller claims they don t do additives and that is evident. Finished off with a bit of heat that fades gracefully
Agave forward blanco. Smooth finish. I’m getting citrus, agave, maybe a little pepper, and alcohol. Versatile. Effective sipper and mixer
One of my favorite blancos. Pepper, agave, notes of herbs, and a buttery short finish.
Solid
Nose: peppery with citrus, very clean Palette: agave forward, lemon, black pepper, anise buttery mouthfeel Finish: agave. Citrus again, black pepper short finish. Great mixer, good sipping for price.
The nose is good agave and pepper. Agave forward taste with some citrus and cinnamon. Nice budget option.
Crisp, clean, and pure blanco. Has a smooth texture. Wet earth, pepper, citrus, and cooked agave taste
Tasted blind. Has that briney lactic nose that I love. Sweet cooked agave. Oily mouthfeel. Earthy, grass , minerals. This one surprised me.
One of the best versatile blancos you can find
Nose: sweet agave, floral, citrus, slight earthiness Taste: sweet agave, earth, citrus, white pepper Finish: peppery, citrus, lingering earthiness
I love this brand. So smooth.

Really solid overall! Aroma is understated and light but overall pleasant. Taste is good with a blast of agave sweetness and light black pepper. Finish is good.
