Palate: peach, sage, vanilla, caramel, barrel spice Finish: nice, warm, sweet caramel with a pepper fizz Overall: Very unique. It's intriguing, bringing me in for more. Wondering what type of wine barrel this was rested in that gives a peach profile!?!

Blanco 40 abv Nose: first sniff I got fresh bread cooking in the oven! Yeast! In a good way. And some herb i can't pinpoint. I like it. Very unique. Then I got floral notes, pepper and some citrus. Palate: sweet agave and mild pepper with some minerality and citrus Finish: is medium warm, sweet with spice Other Notes: sipping out of a riedel. Nice legs, medium viscosity Overall: I enjoyed this. Nice, easy sipper. hubby liked it too.
