This has been one of my favorites coming out of the Vivanco distillery. Incredible aromas! Roasted agave, warm lemon peels, broken cinnamon sticks, peppermint. Mouthfeel is great with a nice body or viscosity, that sweetness I get on the nose starts to come into the back of my tongue and turns into a cool warmth. Flavor is pleasantly sweet, more agave, and cinnamon spice, you wouldn’t know this was 104 proof. Beautiful finish, all the flavors fade into a warm sweetness.

Aroma: 24/25 Absolutely delightful. Cooked agave, minerals, earth, musty, and black pepper Palate: 28/30 Sweet black pepper, red bell pepper, cooked agave, mild earth. Finish: 22/25 Good hefty and length. Heavy spice with a mix of higher proof characteristics. Value: 6/10 $80 in San Francisco

I have a bottle of the new tahona Blanco so I wasn't sure what to expect. Aroma of cooked agave, alcohol (no surprise at 54% abv) citrus, minerals and anise. Flavor - the alcohol hit was unexpected, in a good way, cooked agave, black pepper, cinnamon and minerals. Finish is long and mellows out

Phenomenal Taste: agave, pine wood, fruit, minerals Finish: finishes with a sweet lactic fruity note, slight anise, and a cinnamon bite
