Aroma: 24/25 Absolutely delightful. Cooked agave, minerals, earth, musty, and black pepper Palate: 28/30 Sweet black pepper, red bell pepper, cooked agave, mild earth. Finish: 22/25 Good hefty and length. Heavy spice with a mix of higher proof characteristics. Value: 6/10 $80 in San Francisco

I have a bottle of the new tahona Blanco so I wasn't sure what to expect. Aroma of cooked agave, alcohol (no surprise at 54% abv) citrus, minerals and anise. Flavor - the alcohol hit was unexpected, in a good way, cooked agave, black pepper, cinnamon and minerals. Finish is long and mellows out

Sampled at Sabor y Cultura Chicago 2026. Yes!! Very enjoyable high proof, worth seeking out.

NOSE: Cooked agave, citrus, pepper, clove, cinnamon, honey PALATE: Cooked agave, citrus, pepper, floral notes, cinnamon, NOSE and palate very similar with the exception of the floral notes
