“Aromas are rich, vanilla, brown sugar, browned butter roasted sweet potato or agave. Nice feel on the tongue, viscus. Flavors are very good, roasted agave, caramel. Long sweet finish, I’ve always loved finding these over the years, so glad these bottles have been more accessible lately, especially at the more recent prices. Great buy! ”

“Great nose!! Vegetal aromas at first that go right into roasted agave, I get something salty and briney with a quick hit of eucalyptus. Flavor is great, sweet, spicy, buttery. Nice finish, medium length but just enough to want to keep filling your glass. This drinks like a lower ABV, not as hot as I expected.”

“Whoa! The nose on this is wild. Strong malolactic aroma, funky, cheesy, wet cement notes very present. Good body on the mouth feel, warm, oily Flavor also very funky, right into sweet agave Finish is warm tapering off into peppery saltiness, then I got a sweet flavor at the end. Great price at 62 bucks, if you can find this bottle, used to see these very often but not so much nowadays.”

“2024 Sib barrel 8. Basil Hayden American oak barrel #1 char. After sitting on this bottle and doing some research I found the cooperage used a new proprietary cold smoking process that infused hickory smoke to the barrel without using any flame, or smoking material. Nose is beautiful. Oak, cinnamon, roasted agave, vanilla. Very nice feel, buttery Flavor is great! Carmel and sweet cooked agave, I get hints of bourbon and barrel spice too, cacao at the end. Finish as awesome, complex, warm with cinnamon notes that fade into sweetness. ”

“ This has been one of my favorites coming out of the Vivanco distillery. Incredible aromas! Roasted agave, warm lemon peels, broken cinnamon sticks, peppermint. Mouthfeel is great with a nice body or viscosity, that sweetness I get on the nose starts to come into the back of my tongue and turns into a cool warmth. Flavor is pleasantly sweet, more agave, and cinnamon spice, you wouldn’t know this was 104 proof. Beautiful finish, all the flavors fade into a warm sweetness. ”

“Finally!! Great pop, the aromas coming off of this as I pour it into my glass are like nothing else I’ve had. I get vanilla, warm lemon zest, and cinnamon, caramelized sugar, barrel spice. Mouth feel is nice, not too thin On the palate, I got oak, cinnamon, black cherry, vanilla, and something like a dark plum or dried cranberry. Finish was endless!! Layered, sweet, spicy, and tart. Very complex. The makings of this bottle are amazing and I love everything this brand and club stands for. ”

“Freaking awesome nose! Honey, barrel spice, roasted agave. Nice medium mouthfeel Greta flavor, burst of agave, sweet brown sugar, cinnamon that leads you into a long warm finish. Still wouldn’t guess it was 91 proof. Price kinda hurts this release a little but if I come across one of these I’d pick it up. ”
