Nose: The aroma opens with a clear mineral character alongside fresh cooked agave. A lightly vegetal note gives it brightness, while anise adds a gentle herbal sweetness. Orange citrus lifts the profile and keeps it lively, with black pepper sitting just beneath the surface and adding a touch of spice that ties everything together. Palate & Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel lands at a comfortable medium weight. It isn’t particularly grippy, but it still carries enough presence to feel satisfying. Sweet agave and orange show up first, followed by the familiar note of anise. Black pepper and a cool hint of mint begin to develop as it opens, supported by a steady mineral character. A gentle warmth slowly builds from white pepper, adding energy without overwhelming the flavors. Finish: The finish stays clean and focused, holding onto orange citrus, cracked black pepper, and lingering agave. It tapers off naturally with no alcohol burn, leaving the palate refreshed. Final Thoughts: A delicious tequila with real depth. The flavors unfold naturally, showing layers and nuance while staying easy to enjoy. Complex enough to keep your attention, but approachable enough for anyone to appreciate, and a strong value for what it delivers.
