Lost Lore valley Sample from john welch Nose: sweet agave citrus vegetal mild black pepper Palate: sweet cooked agave some minerality pepper Finish: nice warm and sweet lingering finish need to try this blind against the LL high proof and still blancos
On the Nose right away I get cooked agave with minerality a little citrus. On the palate right away I'm enjoying a flavor explosion of cooked agave, Minerality, a little pepper with citrus and a little mint on the backend. Oily viscosity which help the flavors stick around for awhile. The fact it is a higher proof just highlights the flavors even more.
