“The aroma is very brine-forward, with cooked agave, earth, black pepper and a mineral character underneath. On the palate, the brine really carries through, along with cooked agave, black pepper, earth and minerals. The finish is nice and lingering, with that salty, mineral character hanging around.”

“The aroma is the star here. Tons of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch over cooked agave and oak. Absolutely amazing nose. On the palate, cooked agave, caramel and butterscotch come through, but there’s also a metallic/alcohol note and some harshness. The finish lingers for quite a while, but stays a little harsh.”

“The aroma is cooked agave forward with earth, black pepper, minerals, vegetal notes, and noticeable alcohol. On the palate, cooked agave leads with strong minerality and earth, followed by vegetal notes, alcohol, and a slight metallic/astringent edge. Great mouth-coating texture. The finish is long with a nice lingering burn that reminds you this is still strength without becoming unpleasant.”

“The aroma is oak-forward with plenty of cooked agave, cinnamon, and a slight hint of banana. And a surprise hint of chocolate. On the palate, the agave is still present, but it's overshadowed by pronounced metallic and astringent notes that make it feel drier than I'd prefer. The finish is fairly long but a bit harsh, with the astringet lingering. Not a bad tequila, but not one I'd reach for again.”

“The aroma opens with cooked agave, caramel, and vanilla, with a light fruity sweetness. A subtle hazelnut note adds a nice layer of complexity, while the oak is restrained and well balanced. On the palate, cooked agave remains at the forefront, supported by oak, black pepper, wet earth, and a touch of metallic minerality. There's plenty of flavor throughout, with good richness and depth despite its approachable profile. The finish is long with lingering agave, oak, and pepper. It becomes a bit harsh at the end, but the amount of flavor carries through well enough to make it an enjoyable sip.”

“The aroma opens with strong cooked agave, hint of lime and mint or spearmint. Black pepper and a touch of cinnamon add spice, while the alcohol is noticeable but well controlled. On the palate, the buttery mouthfeel stands out, coating the entire mouth. Cooked agave leads, followed by black pepper, earthiness, minerality, and a subtle mint. There's an astringency that adds structure without overwhelming. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering cooked agave, pepper, minerality, and a refreshing hint of mint that keeps the tequila lively to the very end. ”

“The aroma opens with sweet cooked agave, a touch of cinnamon, and light citrus. A noticeable alcohol note reflects the higher proof, while subtle minerality and earthy notes add depth without overpowering the nose. On the palate, the mouthfeel is rich and coating, lingering nicely. Cooked agave leads, followed by black pepper, pronounced minerality, and a distinctly briny, almost wet-cement note that gives it a unique character. The briny quality is much stronger on the palate than on the nose, with a touch of mint and well-integrated alcohol throughout. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering cooked agave, black pepper, minerality, and that signature briny note. The warmth sticks around without becoming harsh, making this an enjoyable and memorable high-proof blanco. ”

“The aroma opens with cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, and butter, followed by oak and black pepper. There's a nice warmth from the cinnamon and butterscotch that rounds everything out without overpowering the agave. On the palate, cooked agave stays front and center with layers of vanilla, caramel, oak, and black pepper. The butter note gives it a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, while the cinnamon adds just enough spice to keep it interesting. The finish is long and lingering, carrying the oak, pepper, and cooked agave well after the sip. It does have a tiny bit of harshness at the very end, but not enough to take away from an otherwise enjoyable añejo.”

“The aroma opens with cooked agave, citrus, earth, and black pepper. There's also a hint of lime and just a touch of something I can't quite identify, but it's intriguing enough that it keeps pulling me back for another smell. I also picked up a faint hint of acetone, though it doesn't overpower the nose. On the palate, the cooked agave is front and center with citrus, black pepper, minerals, and earthy notes. The mouthfeel is really nice, with just enough weight to coat the palate without feeling heavy. The finish is strong and long-lasting. The pepper, cooked agave, and citrus stick around for quite a while, making for a satisfying finish that leaves you ready for another sip. ”

“The aroma is rich and layered with cooked agave leading the way, followed by caramel, vanilla, and a nice earthy note. I also picked up some cherry, butterscotch, and a hint of citrus that keeps it from feeling too heavy. On the palate, the cooked agave is still front and center, balanced by oak, vanilla, caramel, and black pepper. There's a little metallic note in the background, but it doesn't distract from the overall profile. It's full-bodied with a smooth, rich mouthfeel. The finish is long and enjoyable. The oak, caramel, vanilla, and cooked agave linger for quite a while, with just enough pepper to keep things interesting all the way through. ”

“The aroma is dominated by earth, with plenty of cooked agave, black pepper, and citrus behind it. There are some mineral notes and a touch of wet grass as well, but the earthy character is what stands out most in the glass. On the palate, the cooked agave, earth, black pepper, citrus, and minerals all carry through nicely. The profile stays true to the nose, with the earthiness remaining front and center while the pepper and citrus provide balance and complexity. The finish is fairly short and easy. The earthy and agave notes linger briefly before fading away cleanly, leaving behind just a touch of pepper and citrus without much heat or complexity. ”

“In the aroma cooked agave is front and center with plenty of earth and vegetal notes behind it. I also picked up some black pepper, wet grass, and a light citrus note. As it opened up, a little orange peel started to show through as well. The palate is agave-forward with a really nice mouthfeel. Earth, minerals, citrus, and green vegetal notes all come together nicely without any one note overpowering the others. It's well balanced and easy to keep coming back to. The finish is long and hangs around for quite a while. The agave, earth, and citrus notes stick with you, lingering in both the mouth and throat. A very satisfying finish that leaves a lasting impression.”

“Cooked agave leads the aroma with noticeable alcohol and a sharp mineral-metallic edge, backed by hints of orange peel, wet grass, and green vegetal notes. The palate opens surprisingly buttery and soft before transitioning into strong mineral and metallic character with black pepper, citrus, and earthy vegetal flavors. Finish dries the palate considerably with lingering pepper, minerals, and an astringent quality that hangs on longer than the sweetness. Complex and bold, but definitely leans more earthy, metallic, and dry than bright or sweet. ”
