Batch 002 | Aroma of butter, vanilla, and cooked agave. Also has dried fruit, earth, and lemon. Flavor is mostly cooked agave, subtle vanilla, and a buttery finish. There’s a slight touch of cinnamon on the last part of the finish. Overall this is pleasant.
Batch 003 | Another delicious release! Similar to batch 2. Only had a taste but excited to revisit.
Batch 002 | Very tasty! Up until now I had only sampled some of the small batch projects, so I was curious about the blended standard release. It’s excellent. Lovely fresh fruity and floral aroma. Palate opens light and agave forward, then some fruit and a reveal of oaky reposado notes with some barrel spice and black pepper on the finish. The fruity notes remind me of lychee from my days traveling to China—rose, pear, grape.
Batch 001 | This was a really enjoyable reposado. Balanced, flavorful, and nicely layered without losing its agave identity. It strikes a good middle ground between brightness and barrel influence. On the nose, cooked agave comes through clearly, supported by a gentle oak presence. There’s a bright citrus note with a pop of tangerine that adds freshness. Black pepper and earth give it some depth, while cinnamon brings warmth. A subtle hint of chocolate rounds it out and adds an inviting richness. On the palate, the cooked agave remains front and center, balanced by oak and black pepper. Citrus carries through, leaning more toward orange peel, which adds a slightly zesty edge. Earthy notes keep it grounded, while cinnamon and vanilla provide warmth and a touch of sweetness on the finish. Overall, this is a well crafted reposado with good structure and complexity. A solid, flavorful bottle that stays true to the agave while letting the barrel add just enough character.
Aroma: cooked agave, earth, oak, saw dust, vanilla, butterscotch, sagebrush Flavor: cooked agave, green apple, cinnamon, vanilla, oak, citrus Soft finish that doesn’t linger too long and easy to drink. Nice medium body texture
Batch 001 | Blind tasting at Marty’s in SD. Aroma has caramel and light brown sugar. Taste has strong pepper, agave and decent sweetness. Finish is short and hinting of bitterness.
Batch 001 | Tierra de Ensueño Reposado Lot 1 opens with a bright, inviting nose — citrus and tropical fruit, backed by cooked agave, light oak, and cinnamon. On the palate, it’s rich and balanced, showcasing that roasted agave sweetness with warm notes of oak, cinnamon, and just a touch of dark chocolate. The finish brings a pleasant spice that lingers with cinnamon warmth. A beautifully layered reposado that’s both vibrant and smooth — perfect for sipping neat.
Batch 001 | Nice nose of sweet cooked agave. Citrus, lemon zest, orange peel. Light barrel notes. Cinnamon. Nice and tasty palate. Black pepper, agave, oak, cinnamon, caramel and earthy. Dark Chocolate. Good finish and mouthfeel.
Aroma of vanilla, citrus orange. Tastes was vanilla, spice, buttery and wood.
Batch 002 | Aroma - very fruity (stewed apples), and very buttery. After it’s been sitting a while, I got a scent that reminded me of pencil shavings. Maybe a shaved wood? Taste - this one is savory. It has a little smoke flavor and a spicy jalapeño. All components go well with the sweet agave. Finish - savory smoke remains and little sweet mint ends. This one hits my profile as well. I love the savory element. It reminded me of a bacon wrapped jalapeño that was cooked on a grill. I’m a big fan of this pour.
Batch 002 | Vanilla and Orange on the nose. Cocoa, Nutmeg, cooked Agave and hints of grain probably due to using Bourbon barrels. Light Caramel and pepper on the finish
Batch 002 | A wonderfully balanced repo that used the oak and resting to mesh it together perfectly.

Batch 002 | First smell offered a sweet agave followed by a fruity cantalope fragrance with a touch of funk. The flavor has a slight whiskey barrel note but very smooth. Give me a nice cigar and a glass of Ensueño Reposado and life is good.
Batch 002 | In my glass is batch 2 Ensueno Reposado. For aroma, I get cooked agave, hint of tones, citrus, and floral notes. On my palate I get agave, oak, citrus, pepper, and leather. The pepper lasts the longest on the backend.
Batch 002 | Trying to different bottles, one is very sweet and fruity (coconut) hated it, the other doesn’t have that coconut flavor, it’s quite enjoyable and balanced. Still has that 1414 sweetness that you might or might not like. Nose: sweet agave, floral. Palate: overpowering sweetness. Finish: a bit long bitter finish.

Batch 002 | Sabor Y Cultura 2026. Nice agave oak nose. Lots going on with this flavor. Agave, chocolate, citrus, cinnamon. Weller and Pappy barrels. Excellent.
