“Aroma: sweet, cooked agave, black pepper, earthy, mineral, like the air just before rain, some light herbs. Taste: Similar to nose, but I didn't taste the herbs. The agave, pepper, and a briny minerality shine. Finish: A touch hot at first, but mellows after 15 min or so. Long finish, a little sweet, then the black pepper lingers. Overall: Just dynamite stuff. Pretty classic profile for 1579, but it all really sings. ”

“Tasted with G4 108 and Terralta 110. Interesting spectrum here. Volans sort of sits between the other 2. Nice cooked agave and minerality. Light spice. Really good. Less sweet than the G4 and more agave and balance than Terralta. This is really really good.”

“Tasted side by side with Lote 1. Lote 2: Big cooked agave jumps out of the glass. Earth, light pine on the nose. Taste follows with big agave, but wet earth, minerals, and a light floral pine note. I preferred this to Lote 1 but that's no knock on Lote 1. This just really hit the mark for me.”
