“This is a very interesting take on a repo. A repo for Blanco lovers. she uses all stainless steel so there is nothing else touching the agave. The barrels are well overused, so she is adding some structure without adding too much flavor. Definitely one to try as it is quite unique. Agave is the star of the show with a little saline, brine and intermittent notes of citrus. It's almost an agave dirty martini.”

“Wow, this is incredible. Open the bottle up, pour a glass neat, take a sip, wait a few minutes and take another sip. Enjoy how complex and breathtaking this expression is. At first I got a lot of vegetal and floral notes on the nose. it moved into a sweet caramelized pineapple and agave with some melon, citrus sweetness. The palate is very soft. The extra proof enhances the agave and it dances on the palate with some light pineapple, bitter orange, white pepper and floral notes. The finish lasts and lasts with one of the most delightful and long lasting finishes ”
