“A Scotch drinkers tequila. Nose is well balanced between cooked agave and oak, with notes of caramel/butterscotch and oregano notes. Exceptional palate, consistent with the nose, smooth mid-palate, and emergent cinnamon and black pepper. Finish is dry, moderate and pleasantly bitter on the back palate, with a lingering warmth on the tongue. A winner all the way.”
