“Patrón 100 silver: This is what Patrón should taste like! Nose: Cooked agave, mineral, vegetal, and a little funk, probably from the fermentation with fibers. Palate: Cooked agave up front, mineral from the tahona, vegetal, peppery, with enough heat from the higher apv to have a nice long warm finish. This brand has never been my palate style, but this expression has changed my mind. I would recommend this, and would buy again. ”

“Tequila Ocho Añejo: Tierras Negras 2024. This was a very nice sipper! It still had some upfront agave flavor, with just the right amount of barrel. I love the facts about the terroir and location on the bottle. Agave is effected by the soil, precipitation and altitude that it grows at. My hat is off to Mr. Camarena and his brand. ”

“G4 tequila blanco Madera (lot 4) This tequila is awesome! I love this expression from G4! Sweet cooked agave with pepper and mint on the nose. Luxurious mouth feel that coats your tongue and gives just the right heat from the 90 proof. I also like the production methods. I'm getting a little more earthiness from the wooden fermentation tanks. I could drink this all night! Another home run from El Pandillo!”

“Cimarron Blanco: I've always read good things about this brand,so I decided to check it out for myself. This juice exceeded my expectations! Cooked agave, mineral and herbal nose. Cooked agave, vegetal and brine on the taste. I'm not a big mezcal fan, but I'm getting a very pleasant smokiness on the finish. You definitely can't beat the price point, especially with the 1litre bottle option! I would definitely recommend this to anyone, and will buy again. ”
