Batch 001 | Blind tasting at Marty’s in SD. Aroma has caramel and light brown sugar. Taste has strong pepper, agave and decent sweetness. Finish is short and hinting of bitterness.
Batch 001 | Tierra de Ensueño Reposado Lot 1 opens with a bright, inviting nose — citrus and tropical fruit, backed by cooked agave, light oak, and cinnamon. On the palate, it’s rich and balanced, showcasing that roasted agave sweetness with warm notes of oak, cinnamon, and just a touch of dark chocolate. The finish brings a pleasant spice that lingers with cinnamon warmth. A beautifully layered reposado that’s both vibrant and smooth — perfect for sipping neat.
Batch 001 | Nice nose of sweet cooked agave. Citrus, lemon zest, orange peel. Light barrel notes. Cinnamon. Nice and tasty palate. Black pepper, agave, oak, cinnamon, caramel and earthy. Dark Chocolate. Good finish and mouthfeel.

Batch 001 | Have always enjoyed the single barrels Ensueno produced and now with it in the core line expression I can say all that hard work paid off this is great and will always be available in our home.
Batch 001 | Batch 1 Nose: citrus, tropical fruit, cooked agave, slight oak Taste: tropical fruit, oak Finish: oak, tropical fruit Has the flavor of a Joven almost how they were able to get the agave to punch thru on the oaky barrel influence.
Batch 001 | No surprise this reposado delivers, given the killer blanco batches. Smooth agave, a touch of oak, and just enough spice to keep it interesting.
