“AAM Blind - A well balanced blanco that presents with an intense nose of cooked agave and nutty/spice (almond, vanilla and butterscotch), adding some pepper and jalapeño with a hint of orange blossom. From there, an elegant flavor emerges that (for my taste) is a bit on the sweet side (to wit, vanilla) around a core of black pepper and agave - all in nice balance. A smooth mouth feel finish still lingers as I pen these notes - a definite sipper!”
