On the palate, the cooked agave takes center stage again, backed by brine and olive for that signature savory note. Herbal and vegetal tones keep it vibrant and clean, while black pepper adds some bite. Citrus gives it a refreshing lift, and a hint of anise on the finish brings a subtle sweetness and spice that lingers nicely. Overall, this is a beautifully crafted high proof blanco that stays true to its roots while delivering extra depth and intensity. It’s a standout for flavor, balance, and authenticity, and one that really rewards slow sipping.
