Cooked agave, alcohol, and caramel on the nose. Excellent viscosity - really clings to the glass. Taste is more vegetal and spicy. Maybe a cinnamon influence (?). The agave and peppery feel linger for a lasting finish. Very smooth sipper. Not cheap, but this is a good example of, “you get what you pay for.” The quality is definitely there.
Sampled at Binnys All Things. Nice aromas and flavors, you get agave with oak, fruit, caramel & spices. Has a nice med finish that i enjoyed.
Sampled at Binnys All Things Agave. Nice aroma, flavors were a bit light, I get cooked agave but the palate and finish didn't wow me.
Cooked agave minerals earth floral and black pepper on the nose with some fruit notes. Taste is similar with pepper and jalapeño hanging around at the finish to give a little heat. Complex and enjoyable blanco
Butter, vanilla, a little lactic in the aroma. Lightly oaked, with cinnamon and agave still present. Flavor is vanilla and buttery, slightly dry at first but then fading into olive on the finish. Complex and interesting.
Bottle 13197. I like what Mijenta did with this tequila. Interesting using all 5 agave regions. Good nose of agave and mint. Herbal, agave, mineral, pepper with some bright citrus. Nicely done.

Vegetal and earthy with mint notes. Nice amount of cinnamon and pepper but a little watery for me. Overall solid tequila
