El Ateo Añejo Ultra Premium
“I found vanilla and cooked agave on the nose. The taste was strong of cooked agave, vanilla and spice. The finish was peppery. The color is rather light for an agave nut don’t let that fool ya. The lead in this Anejo is the cooked agave from start to finish. And the price is very friendly. ”

Partida Reposado
“It takes a few sips to get the real beauty of this Repo. It has a wonderful lead of Cooked agave followed by pepper with a hint of vanilla. As it rolls down the throat there is a strong alcohol burn- with an oaky overtone. The price seems a bit high. It makes a nice Repo Mule. The pepperiness sets off the ginger beer. ”

Don Julio 1942
“Wow. This is sweet in aroma and taste. The butterscotch hits the nose fast and shows boldly in on the tongue. I’m not finding the agave to be the hero of this taste. Vanilla butterscotch and lite oak are the standouts. Not sure I’ll pay this much again for this - but it is good for a sweet tequila. ”
