Nose is butterscotch, cinnamon apple, very pungent aroma, very nice, pallet similar, has notes like Miami Vice, + some sweet fruit/citrus, butterscotch, delicious stuff
This is interesting. Beautiful mouth feel vanilla cinnamon baking spice and caramel while maintaining the agave flavor. Well done.
This was an exclusive release through Sip Tequila that helped a children school in Arandas, Jalisco. Beautiful aroma on this, mixture of agave, fruits, apples and bananas. The palate is agave but tropical fruits, bananas, apples, oak and spices. Finish is medium but very satisfying. This anejo has the 1414 blueprint all over it. Highly recommend.
The aroma opens with green apple, faint minerality, followed by hints of pineapple and a restrained ethyl snap. A gentle grassy undertone provides freshness, while upfront sweet vanilla leads the profile. On the palate, bright and citrusy pineapple arrive first. Rum cask spices adds warmth, highlighting notes of sweet cooked agave, earthiness, and vanilla. Fleeting hints of wintergreen appear throughout, also contributing a minty, sweet and woody nuance. The finish is fading spicy citrusy zest and lingering sweet wood, that gradually mellows away. What stands out most is the balance between freshness and warmth. The tropical fruit and citrus keep the profile crisp and verdant, while the spice, vanilla, and subtle wood influence provide depth.
Tasted right after the Yeyo Sol. I am usually not a huge fan of wine aged tequilas but this one is pleasant. Peaches and cinnamon on taste. A bit thin with a pleasant fruit finish.
Dia De Los Muertos 1. Bottle #3445. Apple cider on the nose that is very inviting. Some cinnamon and spice as well. On the taste is apple first followed by the agave and cinnamon with a nice citrus finish. I like what they did with this one.
