Rough nose of alcohol with some agave. Medicinal agave taste with a blast of pepper. Unpleasant finish of alcohol and very subtle chocolate. Pass.

This was the well blanco at a bar. Definitely picking up some additives and the diffuser doesn't help. Maybe okay as a mixer

The smell was a bit of a turn off for me. The first sip gave me a full smell of just alcohol. That’s all I could taste, was alcohol. No flavors. The finish didn’t burn which was nice. I believe it would be good in margaritas.

Walmart’s house brand is $21.00. Yes, a hint of chocolate and orange initially. But it fades to a nice glass of defuser jive. In other words, at $21.00 it’s drinkable. NOM1566 does not make fabulous tequila. And it’s Walmart! At the end of the day, you taste it and be the judge. The finish is more chemical and not too enjoyable. But in a cocktail with a good mixer (fresh fruit), it would be fine.

I taste some lovely tequila peaking through, that diffuser taste up front it throwing off my groove a bit though.

Woody, muddied, smokey finish. Unfocused.

Witch-hazel, ethanol and malo-lactic funk. Thin mouthfeel. Flat on the palate, mild peppery taste though harsh. Strong medicinal finish - will not repeat / cannot recommend.

Disappointing Experience I had the chance to try both the Campo Bravo Blanco and Reposado Tequila during a recent visit to a Mexican restaurant, and neither one impressed me. The Blanco had an overly sharp taste, with a harshness that made it difficult to enjoy. The burn lingered too long, and it lacked the natural, clean flavor I expected from a good tequila. Both varieties came across as artificial and lacking in the depth and quality you’d want from a tequila. I wouldn’t recommend either.

Wow- good tequila for the price. Aroma is agave with alcohol citrus anise and pepper. Palate is nice- agave with an alcohol undertone, pepper, anise, slightly bitter, slight astringent, and vegetable finish. Finish is ok- agave fades quickly with the vegetable astringent tang hanging for about 30 seconds…slightly numbing.

An excellent mixer at a more than generous price. Agave forward with a nice mouth feel fades to a peppery alcohol burn that becomes a numbing like vegetal finish

An okay tequila, at the price point it is fair, and would definitely use in a cocktail. Personally I would not drink straight as the finish is pretty rough. Although I would recommend people give it a try especially at this price point.

On the nose this smells like it’s gonna be an amazing tequila. And for what’s it’s worth it’s alright. Nose: honey, green leaves, butter, musk. Taste: roasted agave, funk, mineral, ethanol. There’s something not bad but weird about the taste of this tequila. Maybe it’s a little funky, sour. Finish is pretty rough and long. Bitter ending.

A medicinal/alcohol scent and flavor with a hint of agave popping through. Just alcohol on the finish. Probably fine for a mixer, but not the best sipper.

Boy oh boy, you can taste that diffuser

Heavy waft of sweet alcohol. Pepper and agave are there as well. The taste is a little flat; aside from a decent mouthfeel, nothing special of note but not terrible.

A solid tequila but never exceeding in any area. Smell is peppery agave with some heat. A little slick mouth feel with peppery agave notes (but never shining) and heat in the back. Finish begins nice before the heat wipes that away. A nice rail to have around the house.

Pretty boozy smell and taste. Smoky smell, mild orange, agave. Taste is harshly boozy. Boozy burn aftertaste. Not very smooth

It fell flat and you can tell the extraction and baking method cuts corners. It wasn’t the worst, but in this price range 18-25$(depending on your area), it is ok as a mixer. Honestly, there are better blancos like Cimarron for mixing a nice margarita. Not one I’d recommend to customers or friends, but maybe I’d recommend over Cuervo silver mixto.

This is macerated with a diffuser but thankfully it’s not “cooked” in one - I don’t get the funky/musty smells that come along with it. However, it still tastes adulterated (sugary sweetness) and the nose is much better than the palate. It has a creamy, citrus-y zest that quickly fades into a lot of alcohol and medicinal/solvent notes. This tastes similar to Avión, but I’m not a fan of either.

Smooth aroma, chocolatey flavor and after taste.
