Vessel: Glencairn Nose: Cinnamon, leather, butter, earthy notes, nuttiness, floral, and vibrant cooked agave. Palate: Honey, cinnamon butter, herbal notes, coriander, and white pepper. Finish: Medium finish with lingering cinnamon, dried fruit, and coriander. Overall Impression: A balanced reposado with a nice harmony between sweetness and spice. The honey and cinnamon butter give it warmth while the coriander and white pepper bring a pleasant herbal spice that carries. I really enjoyed the lack of oak in this; it felt like that allowed other characteristics to really have their moment
