Flavor hangs out for a little bit, but that ethanol catches up quick Verdict: If you’re making tequila cocktails for guests who don’t care about tequila, than Cimmaron is a must on your bar cart. It’s additive free and great quality; it makes for a hell of a margarita; value is pretty unbeatable, and in a pinch, I wouldn’t be upset at sipping it neat.”

That agave and brines note lingers for a while, and it’s not hot for a second Verdict. Badass Tequila. Clean agave flavor, very mineral driven. Would be interested to taste their regular blanco alongside this Tahona blanco to see really how much of a difference it makes.”
