“Aroma: Whiskey, light oak, caramel, prominent undertone of alcohol. Palate: Dry tannic hit, astringent alcohol taste is a bit overwhelming at first. Fades fairly quickly to Vanilla and Carmel sweetness. fading to cooked agave sweetness for finish. Finish: medium, drying, fading cooked agave sweetness. Underlying briny/mineral bitterness that lingers from the initial taste. Not my favorite but, the mid palette sweetness and sweet finish notes save this sip. Better as it sits. Have to revisit as it is initial impression is disappointing for me. ”

“Aroma: Sweet vanilla, agave, citrus, and hint of grass. Taste: Buttery sweet cream, Agave, little oak, tapers into a brine and grass with cinnamon spice. Very nice sip. Finishing: Long and buttery with agave, brine, and light cinnamon/oak undertones. Once again nice sipper great flavor easy to drink. ”

“Aroma: pleasant Agave sweetness, some wood, citrus, vanilla/caramel. Taste: Very balanced and silky. Nice up front vanilla sweetness, then cooked agave then some white pepper spice and oak tannins pick up then fade to agave, citrus, pepper, and dark chocolate bitterness. Finish: Strong medium finish very even sipper not harsh just nice agave sweetness with light pepper and bitterness linger to finish. Can’t put my finger on it but, I do like sipping this tequila. It’s smooth (hate this word but it is) and a well rounded sip. ”

“ Nose: Agave, Citrus, and Grass Taste: Cooked Agave followed swiftly by black pepper. Short cream sweetness right into mineral grassiness that lingers to mild minty finish. No alcohol very nice, but strong pepper experience that could be misconstrued as alcohol. Finish: medium slightly dry finish overall silky mouth feel and finish. Tasty tequila. ”

“Aroma is nice cooked agave and citrus/lime. Never picked up any alcohol nose. Taste was amazing. First two sips were wow! Does not drink anywhere near its proof. Feels like a warm 80 to 90 proof and actually was more drinkable than most 80 proofers. Initial taste is lovely cooked agave with well balanced vegetal and lime flavors with mint/pepper heat. The more you drink it you taste earthy notes with touch of anise, also got a hint of cinnamon flavor with a fading pepper/mint heat as you sip. Finish is medium long with a salty brine mineral finish. Wish it was more buttery but more on the dry side for the finish, but not off putting. Top ten in my cabinet for sure and shocked at the lack of alcohol burn for proof. I can and will sip this Blanco. Very nice worth a try. ”
