“Unlike any tequila I’ve had thus far. Agave on the nose with tomato and basil (no, really, it smells like pizza sauce to me), notes of pepper. Very herbal on the palate, with agave taking second place and pepper not far behind. Reminds me of gin with how herbal it is. The herbal flavors carry through to the lingering finish, with just the slightest peppery notes. Super interesting, took me forever to figure out what I was smelling and tasting. Altogether a good tequila, certainly holds its own for the price. I’d buy it again. Now I think I’ll go buy a pizza.”

“Nothing remarkable, but still very good. Earthy with definite agave presence, little bit of something citrus. Interesting bottle too. Easy drinking. Not worth the $70 I paid for it after tax, but I don’t regret spending the money either. ”

“Not bad at all, I like this. Not too oaky like some añejos, agave is fairly present on the palate. Overpriced but not by too much in my opinion. If I could find this without having to pay WA liquor tax I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it.”

“Great aromas: agave, earth, citrus, little bit of alcohol. That’s where it stops though. Nearly unnoticeable on the palate there’s hints of butter, pepper and citrus but almost tasteless otherwise. Notes of agave, earth and alcohol make up the finish. It’s not a BAD tequila. Just thoroughly unremarkable and underwhelming. Would make a decent mixer, but honestly you could get better for the same price or cheaper.”
