“This is an amazing blanco. The aroma is herbal and grassy with the smell of fresh agave. It’s taste is full of agave, minerals, and a little citrus. The mouthfeel is thick and full and just feels great on the palate. The finish is long lasting with that fresh agave lingering for a significant amount of time with just a hint of pepper. There is no alcohol burn whatsoever and no overwhelming spiciness. Love this blanco!”

“Great aroma with lots of butterscotch, some vanilla, and caramel. The flavor had cooked agave, caramel, oak, and spice. Finish was medium to long but I did have some taste of mold that might be from the barrel but it was still not enough to take away from the overall finish. ”
