“Fresh crack at local restaurant Aroma: vanilla followed by cotton candy Taste: sweet, absent any agave, peppery heat Finish: saccharine followed by sour Bartender hyped this one up $25 for a single Should have known when he compared it to clase azul. If you’re a fan of Casamigos, this is one worth trying. I was barely able to taste enough to rate it”

“Sweet cooked agave with mineral, grass on the nose Huge agave with strong smoke, anise, bell pepper, pepper on the palate Thick mouthfeel with an absolutely lovely smoke and pepper finish which seems to last forever. Different than Cerro, Destino, or 11 Brix, but if you lean towards mezcals, you’ll love this.”
