“This is amazing! I honestly never thought tequila could smell and taste like this. I’m getting all these briny notes. On the nose I get olive brine, spices, chilli, agave. The palate is a bit more straightforward: bitter in a very nice way. The finish is long and sweeter. Overall, an experience that no tequila and mezcal aficionado should miss. Also, the story behind this distillery and its f*ck you attitude towards CRT is awesome.”
