“Not the most aromatic but man does it make up for in taste and after taste. Easy drinking beautiful mineral water and agave taste. Long lasting after taste that starts off very mild and heats up within one minute. Not a “value” bottle but one of my favorite sipping blancos. ”

“Sweet citrus. Slight oak, COOKED AGAVE, sweet again. Pleasant after taste. Slight burn but finishes nicely. Not complex at all. Sweet Agave, a little oak, a little minerality. This would make a nice everyday sipper. ”

“2021 La Ladera. This one hits different . Not much aroma but what’s there is straight agave. The taste…. Smoooth, minerally, dry agave. I don’t taste any fruit but it’s not bitter either. Reminds me of a good smokeless mezcal like Alipus (Sta. Ana del rio). Slight notes of fresh mint or cut grass. ”
